Rearfender for Vmax in Race Design.
Probably the costliest tailend that has ever been built for the V Max .
This aerodynamically moulded tailend made in GFK is hand laminated from 7 individual parts by craftsmen and is perfect in workmanship and fit.
The rearfender is installed with rubber clamps on an Inox steel support frame making it free from vibration.
Beneath the hinged seat is a practicaly water proof stowage space of approx. 7 liters.
This may be used, for example, for storing a set of tools, rain wear, cell-phone, make up bag! first aid kit, etc.
The included indicators and tail-light are screw on and compliment the overall appearance.

The closed sub-ground is screwed together free from vibration with 6 rubber nuts (M5).
The wheel arche was designed so this have all common wheel sizes sufficient board

It is important that the used suspension struts (exchange suspension struts) correspond to at least the length of the series suspension struts. Matching wheel sizes are:
Original wheels, 17 inches to 6 JS / 190 / 50, 18 inches to 5 JS 170 / 60 larger wheels can be fitted with appropriate shock absorbers

the support frame/seat mechanism is manufactured in 6mm " V2A " Inox stainless steel.
Through the ingenious construction, this reinforces the pillion seat with minimal gain in weight

For easy mounting the frame is supplied pre-assembled loose.
